why do i need presets?

Ever looked at the Instagram profiles of Influencers, Travel Bloggers and Brands with a great image? Chances are the majority of those accounts will be using Lightroom Filters to enhance their images. We’ve developed in collaboration with Elle Blonde a curated collection of Lightroom Presets for you to achieve incredible images for use online. It’s simple and only requires a couple of clicks too!

how to install

Mobile - iOS

  1. Have Lightroom Mobile downloaded to your phone.
  2. Download the free iZip app to open the Zip file
  3. Download your new Lightroom Preset bundle that you’ve just purchased from the download link (you’ll receive an email with this upon purchase confirmation)
  4. Once completed click ‘Copy to iZip’ – which will then ask to unzip files
  5. Once unzipped select each .DNG file at a time, click ‘Open in’ then ‘Copy to Lightroom’
  6. You’ll now see an image with the Preset’s name appear. Click the 3 dots button in the top right hand corner and then ‘Create Preset’
  7. Save the Preset – Give it a name i.e ‘Travel ‘Gram – Magazine Ready’. Click the Preset Group you want to save it as on the drop down menu. We suggest creating a new group to keep your Presets organised (make sure you select the same group each time you add a Preset). Click the tick in the top right hand corner to save the Preset.

    8. You’ll then need to repeat 5-7 for each .DNG file until you’ve added all the Presets.

Mobile - Android

  1. Have Lightroom Mobile downloaded to your phone.
  2. Download your new Lightroom Preset bundle that you’ve just purchased from the download link (you’ll receive an email with this upon purchase confirmation)
  3. Open ‘Files by Google’ and find the file you’ve just download, then select this.
  4. Click ‘Extract’ to unzip and then click done
  5. Open Lightroom and click ‘Import Photo’ button in the bottom right hand corner , select and import all of the .DNG files from your downloads
  6. Select one of the .DNG files. Click the 3 dots button in the top right hand corner and then ‘Create Preset’
  7. Save the Preset – Give it a name i.e ‘Travel ‘Gram – Magazine Ready’. Click the Preset Group you want to save it to on the drop down menu. We suggest creating a new group to keep your Presets organised (make sure you select the same group each time you add a Preset). Click the tick in the top right hand corner to save the Preset

You’ll then need to repeat 6 and 7 for each .DNG file until you’ve added all the Presets.

Desktop Install for Lightroom CC & Lightroom Classic

Installing presets using Lightroom Classic or Lightroom CC on a Desktop. You’ll need to have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription for desktop Lightroom versions. 

  1. Download the Preset Zip file via the download link.
  2. Unzip the downloaded file. For Mac users, simply double click on the file to unzip it.
  3. Open Lightroom and click File > Import Presets & Profiles (or Import Develop Presets & Profiles on Lightroom Classic)
  4. Find the folder you’ve just downloaded and select all of the .XMP files
  5. Click ‘Import’ and all of your Presets will be installed
  6. You can right click on the Presets to move them into organised files.

If you have the desktop version, make sure you have it Synced to your Mobile App as this way all Presets will be automatically installed on your Mobile App

You should receive an email with a link to your downloads. If you don’t give it 5-10 minutes to register in the system. Do make sure you check your Spam folder incase your email has been filtered there.

All emails will be from [email protected] If you don’t receive an email within 2 hours send an email with the following Subject Line – ‘PRESETS – ORDER NUMBER [your order #] to the email above

Upon completion of purchase at the checkout there usually will be a direct link to download your presets too.

Of course you can, although the Presets are designed to be an easy way to edit your photos, we often find the lighting, subjects or even some colours require a little tweaking.

Due to the digital nature of the product we are unable to offer a refund.

Of course you can. If you simply send a maximum of 3 images with the Preset(s) you want to try to [email protected] with the Subject Line – ‘TRY PRESETS’ we will edit them and send them back with 3-5 days (usually it’s much sooner)Â
